Navigate to home.bundu.family on your TV browser
Use your TV's web browser (Chrome, Edge, or built-in browser)
Enter the URL: home.bundu.family
A pairing screen will appear with a QR code and 6-digit code
Leave this screen open while you complete pairing
Visit app.bundu.family/link on your phone
Make sure you're logged into your Bundu Family account
On your phone, open a browser and go to app.bundu.family/link
You'll see options to scan QR code or enter code manually
Connect your TV to your account
Option 1: Tap "Scan QR Code" and point your phone at the TV
Option 2: Tap "Enter Code Manually" and type the 6-digit code
Grant camera permission if using QR scanner
The code is valid for 10 minutes
Give your device a name and configure preferences
Enter a friendly name (e.g., "Living Room TV", "Bedroom Display")
Choose which widgets to display
Set refresh intervals for content
Your device will appear in Settings > Connected Devices
Solutions:
Make sure your phone camera has a clear view of the QR code
Try increasing screen brightness on your TV
Move closer or farther from the screen
Use the manual code entry option instead
Ensure camera permissions are granted to your browser
Solutions:
Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes for security
Refresh the TV page to generate a new code
Complete pairing within the 10-minute window
Make sure you're logged in on your phone before starting
Solutions:
Check that both devices are on the same network
Refresh the signage page on your TV
Check your internet connection on the TV
Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish
Try restarting the TV browser
Solutions:
Verify you've connected Google account for Photos/Calendar
Check that widgets are enabled in device settings
Ensure you have content (photos, calendar events) to display
Some widgets require authentication - check Settings
Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache
You can pair multiple devices to the same account
Each device can have different widget configurations
Device names can be changed later in Settings
Unpair devices you no longer use from Settings > Connected Devices
Signage automatically updates throughout the day
